Governance
INCA is a member-based organisation, structured as an Industrial and Provident Society. This ensures that the organisation will be owned and democratically controlled by its members on a one member one vote basis.
In the current early phase of INCA's development, while an initial body of members was being recruited, an interim board was in place, appointed by the founding steering group.
The board members were:

- Pete Goodwin (Nottingham City Council)
- Daniel Heery (Alston Cybermoor)
- Shaun Fensom (secretary) (CBN)

- Rob Leenderts (Cable & Wireless)
- Loic Flaguel (Alcatel Lucent)
During the last AGM in September 2011 a new board was elected. Details of the members are:
