Ed Vaizey announces £180m from 4G auction to fix digital TV interference

Another reason why the 4G auctions are happening later than expected, Ofcom figures suggest some 760,000 homes might receive some form of interference once 4G is rolled out to their Freeview service. Ed Vaizey the Communications Minister has outlined that some £180m will be available to mitigate the interference.
