Terms & Conditions: Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to the day of the event. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing. A 50% administration charge will apply to all cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event. A 100% administration charge will apply from 14 days prior to the event. INCA reserves the right to alter the arrangements or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to keep registered participants promptly informed of any such changes, and where appropriate provide a refund. These terms are in addition to INCA standard terms and conditions.
