Annual General Meeting 2021
INCA’s Annual General Meeting will take place on December 16th 2021, online. The AGM will begin at 2pm and we anticipate that it will conclude by 3pm.
The AGM is open to all INCA member organisations. Voting rights are reserved for members in Tiers 1, 2 and 3.

Resolutions to the AGM
Any voting members may propose resolutions to the AGM. If you plan to do so please submit your resolution to email@example.com at least 14 days before the AGM date.
Election of the Board
All voting members are enabled to make nominations for the board. Nominees stand for election at the AGM. Our rules state that there may be up to 15 members of the Committee of Management (the Board). The board may co-opt individuals to fill vacancies on the board. The board elects the chair of INCA, the Secretary and one or two Vice Chairs.

We anticipate the AGM taking no more than an hour. At the conclusion of the formal meeting there will be a short refreshment break, after which we will continue the online session as an informal discussion focused around INCA's forward plans for 2022. We are very keen to hear members' views on priorities for the year ahead.
